Return & Refund Policy – Unifringe
Easy Returns

At Unifringe, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you can return it within 7 days of the order confirmation date. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition—unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all tags attached. Items bought on sale, promotional items, or opened packaged items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded. Unifringe (managed by WUA ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED) reserves the right to deny a refund if the return doesn’t meet our policy guidelines.

Defective or Damaged Items

We guarantee our products to be free from manufacturing defects. If you receive a damaged or defective item, or if it develops a fault within 7 days of normal use (excluding stains), you can request an assessment and refund through our Customer Care team, not through online returns.

Return Pickup

If you miss the first return pickup attempt, another attempt will be made on the next business day. If the second attempt is also missed, the return request will be canceled.

Return Approval and Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item at our warehouse, we’ll inspect and validate it. If approved, you’ll receive an email confirmation, and your refund will be processed within 7-10 working days. If the return is not approved, our Customer Care team will reach out to you with further details.

Important Note:

Please do not hand over any extra items to the shipping partner during the return pickup. If you want to return additional products, contact our Customer Care team to arrange another pickup. We are not responsible for refunds of extra or unaccounted products lost in transit.


Refunds
Payment Method

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 working days. The refund timeline depends on your bank’s processing time, which is beyond our control.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

For COD orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer. Our Customer Care team will contact you for your bank details, including the account holder's name, bank name, branch, and IFSC code. Important: We will never ask for sensitive details like your card number or PIN. If you receive any suspicious email claiming to be from Unifringe asking for such details, please contact our Customer Care team immediately.

Refund Restrictions

We cannot issue refunds in cash or by cheque. If a returned item does not comply with our Return Policy, the refund will not be approved. For any questions about your return, contact our Customer Care team.


Item Damaged During Shipment

If your item is damaged during shipping, contact our Customer Care team within 7 days of receiving the package. You are eligible for a full refund for damaged items after we receive and verify the return.


Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges on products purchased from unifringe.com, subject to product availability.
